Everyone
grieves in their own way, for
their own length of time.
During the grieving process, its important to take care of yourself.
Try to eat right, get adequate sleep, and avoid undue stress. Dont
be afraid to show your emotions or ask for support. It is common to feel
shock, denial, anger, and depression, following a death. But if these
feelings do not lessen over time, or
cause extreme changes in behavior, professional therapy may be advised.
We
at Voran Funeral Home can help.
